How much is car parking?
Car parking is free to all customers visiting the farm.
When are you open?
From 10:00 until 17:00 every day during our open season (February Half Term until the end of October Half Term).
Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all of our buildings offer step free access, however we are on a hill and some pathways are grass.
What activities do you offer?
We offer a range of different activities throughout the day which vary depending on when your’re visiting. We also run dedicated event days too. Find out more here.
Do you have a café on site and is it free to just use the café?
Yes there are two catering outlets at the farm. The Bumblebee Café is the main café which is open 10:00 – 17:00 every day during the season. It can be used by both the visitors to the farm and members of the public exploring the local open spaces wanting to purchase food. The Winning Post is a small catering outlet on site just for farm visitors - it sells hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, crisps and other snacks.
Can we bring our own food to the site?
Yes visitors are welcome to bring their own picnics to the farm. There are a variety of outdoor and indoor picnic areas where you can eat.
Are there different charges for weekends, school holidays and event days?
Yes we have three different entry prices; off peak, standard and event days. Find out more here.
Do you offer annual passes?
You can buy a Annual Pass whatever your age. We have two price levels; off peak and standard. Find out more here.
Are there any concessions for the over 65s?
I'm afraid we don’t generally, however on Wednesdays we offer a 20% discount on farm entry for grandparents (over 65s).
Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes the farm is a fantastic place for children’s birthday parties, we offer morning and afternoon sessions. Find out more here.
What animals do you have onsite?
We have variety of animals from farm yard favourites and exotics to birds of prey. Find out more here.
Do you have facilities for babies such as baby changing, bottle warming
We have a few baby changing facilities around the site. We currently don’t have any bottle warming facilities available.
Do you have a gift shop onsite
Yes, you’ll see our gift shop as you enter the farm reception. It’s open to farm visitors and members of the public alike. Find out more here.
Can you cater for groups such as schools and youth groups?
Yes, we’re able to cater for groups at the site. There are a couple of options which groups can choose from; self-led and guided. Please contact us to discuss your group’s requirements and we can guide you on the best option.
Do you offering volunteering opportunities
Yes, the farm are able to offer volunteering opportunities. These are managed by Lee Valley Regional Parks dedicated volunteering team. Find out more here.
